Annebell, you're certainly a looker but there's a common trend in your reviews. Instead of lashing out at poor reviews I suggest you do some introspection on the service you provide. The most common words to describe your service are clinical and mechanical. I would love to see you but not until those reviews improve.

I would like to put this out to you and all the Punters, I do A LOT of business, yes A LOT, yet there are a hand full of you, not even a hand full of you that have problems with my service. I will lash out, as Punters are under the impression that they can come on ESA post unfounded statements a year after the fact. Seriously!!!!!
