I agree 100%. Also, should not be allowed to promote his website without paying advertising fees.

Other people have been banned for "Freeloading" for direct things than this

That is exactly my point. How is this any different?
I am sure that his posts have been reported yet he is allowed to continue. I don't understand it. Sigh.
