Strange this lady say that she is only the manager and not seeing any clients.

When i phoned (after my whatsapp), I spoke to a lady, who i presume is the manager, who confirmed my booking with Gracie. Remember this advertiser (Gracie) barely speaks any English so you couldn't have spoken to her.
