Mine will be:
1) visit Pretoria more often - seems that there is a high proportion of great talent there
2) work my favourite regular up to multiple orgasms (on the tip of my tongue, but not quite getting there...)
3)double BJ...super slurpy idea methinks
4) rekindle my passion for boots and pigtails!!! might be a winter goal though...

Almost that time of year to review whether goals were achieved.

2) regular has retired, so alas, dismal fail

Overall, might just give up on setting goals...

2) After her first O either continue or give her a short break. Some NEED the latter, few gattling guns around.

4) Ask both above to dress up accordingly? Double whammy for you that way, saves money too if that's important.
