So had a very interesting experience at HoE today ... Called and booked Layla .. Arrived to get an excuse from her for not being available... Had to pick from an available list .... Picked another lady ... Who also had an excuse .. Different to the first ... So had to pick a third time ..... If it weren't for the lovely Candy (third pick) and one of the best hostess' ever ... I would really have a lot more to complain about. Needless to say I didn't get the esa discount .... Mixed experience ... Left feeling slightly short changed .. So to speak.

Xavierm --Sorry about the excuses --Not really sure what did transpire - as per Orpheus it might be a Multi Racial thing or not. I am happy that in the end Candy came to our rescue & turned the experience around.

Unfortunately the Multi Racial issue does create Issues on going. Obviously I would Prefer that they also had No Restriction --But that is Not how it works in this industry . Hopefully there will be future bookings --just ask the receptionist at the time you call & book. Thanks for giving us your candid comments

I have no issue if it was a multi racial issue, just be upfront about it - I dont take offence and makes the whole experience better for everyone. Thanks ... I will be back ... Want to try out the braai and possibly the new Monday special. :)
