If a SP puts Hygeine is a must and when you meet the SP she smells fishy down there....how then do we approach this

You tell her directly that you smell something, and do not proceed with the booking.
She needs to have it checked, most likely it's a bacterial infection.

Have to agree with Jess on this one... hygiene is an important factor in the purple world
