Elements in Linden offers a milking table experience. If you opt for this experience they set you up with two ladies who rotate. One is on your back massaging/rubbing and the other at the bottom "milking".
The milking table has a convenient peep hole where your head is, so you have a table with a view, including a massive mirror to your right where you could watch both ladies do their thing...
