Apart from Bareback it is also transmitted through kissing, owo and muffing, but seldom we hear any complaints about those activities.

I am personally of the opinion that most of the SPs are professional enough to ensure they are "STD Free". In saying this, it stay everybodies responsibilty to follow safe practises when engaging in sexual activities. Not just in the purple world, but also in our day to day life.
