I was there, I also delayed the fucking tests for over a year and eventually just did it and nothing was wrong. It was in my head. Medical aid even pays for everything. There was room for medical improvement though but now I knew exactly where I was because of the tests. So now I know what I can do/take for what for how long etc with what effects which I do outside of the doctor. Now I'm in better mental and sexual state than my late 20's and better physical condition than I've ever been in my whole life.

I've got friends wanna know how I did it and that tell me things too and I tell them to go to the doc so they can handle it but 6 months to a year later they don't and still going through the same shit. Just do it man. Just do it. Hell, I even went to my family doc because finding another one was another excuse I made for myself. It doesn't matter, they ain't saying anything to anyone. Find out where your deficiencies are, where you can add to improve and how and effects/risks and do it. I wish I had gone 10 years ago and been in a better space much earlier and longer.
