After reading all about the now famous Mr Rickylick I have been sitting at work and wondering is it only my company that hires only swamp donkeys??? Not a single lady I would even think about chatting up!!!

I deliberately hire really ugly women so that I don't sleep with them. The temptation is just too much if they are hot.

Good policy to hire older less attractive ladies.
Keeps you honest and they also don't need maternity leave, which costs a fortune these days.
