Not touching on your kink at all - but if a lady advertises that she likes to be dominated and forced to perform certain services, a punter could misconstrued that as a personal desire rather than a professional offering. Should he then act on that without payment or consent, it becomes very difficult for the lady to take action as her "consent" is visible for all to see (in a world where wearing a short dress is seen by some as "asking for it").
