Sounds scary. But imagine a descent venue where you could go punting while they wash your car.

These receipts seem unnecessary. Why have the address other than to make it easier for the police to locate venues? So that they can follow up on bad debt? Unlikely.

Only visited HOE 2 times, was offered a carwash on both occasions. Nice food and leasure areas. And off-course really upmarket ladies.
