Has anyone else been added to a random group called "exposed" claiming they have Whatssapp screen shots of you making a deal, and have footage of you leaving the establishment?
I just left the group and deleted chats. But i have litterally only communicated with one establishment this year, about a weeks ago. So i don't know if i should name and shame to warn people.

I might be wrong, but one can only assume. I only contacted Tiamo not a single other place. And luckily i didn't make a booking ,thats why I'm not worried about any "footage" this person may have, otherwise id be stressing my ass off. Just getting gatvol of all the flipping scammers trying to screw us over. As if everyone has funds to pay blackmail bullshit calls

Probably the fake police trying a new scam seeing as most people have come to understand their old methods.

Looks as if though it's best to try book someone that works at a guesthouse or hotel is the best idea

Punting Sim and phone is the safest option. Only switch phone on when using, that way you limited communication to the phone.

Also check your WhatsApp settings that prevent people adding you to groups workout your consent
