How come not all reviews are posted to profile

To punters,esa can we please be made to understand how if we post ratings or review it doesn't get automatically get posted on qh,mg or others profile ie subcategories ie general,off beaten track etc. And also is rating on point system not compulsory to help other punters,wgs,MG's and others to boost their bussinesses or does it have to be posted from wg,MG's profile to have the rating given.
