Some ladies don't offer owo but they are ok with you going down on them. My question is, from a health risk point of view is receiving oral not the same as giving?

Yes it does...any exchange of liquid be it cunninlingus or fellatio esp with women in this industry is never a good idea.

So from the comments so far then from the ladies, offering owo is not so much a healthy issue, is more preference in terms of taste etc.
