So. In the app you post what you looking for and what you prepared to pay. Wgs on the other end can opt-in or out depending on whatever criteria they have. If they elect to opt in the punter can essentially swipe left or right between the wgs who are interested and if he finds one he likes they get a chat windows where they can discuss the details.

So I wanted to put this forward as a suggestion to esa. It sounds fairly straightforward and esa is probably the best local place to handle it.
