Yes, traffic is a problem, but only in the mornings and afternoons. During the day and evenings, it's fine. Also, certain routes into Fourways may not be as bad. For example, I've found that coming in via certain roads in Bryanston is reasonably hassle free.
Anyway, I think that traffic will be the least of your concerns. Fourways is extremely popular. I've done a lot of punting there and one of ESA's most popular girls, Karin/Sanet, has been operating there for years. She's exhaustingly busy. I doubt very much that you'll have a problem getting punters to visit you. In any event, I'm sure that, in Fourways, you'll be closer to many of your current regulars, who'll welcome the fact that they don't have to travel so far to visit the amazing Arizona.
Remember also, that you're a legend, girl. Your reviews testify to that. You're in a another category. Anybody who gives you a miss, purely on account of your location, needs to have his head read. As stated in a previous post, Fourways isn't exactly The Bronx. It's a nice suburb, with rather expensive properties, not that I equate price with class. Nevertheless, you know what I'm trying to say. Price/class is a discussion for another occasion.
Anyway, lest I digress, as I so often do, I say do it. You can always still do an East Rand booking every now and again, like Mynxie used to do.

The lady in question noted that Lundai/Lovestud against her very strict wishes removed the condom surreptitiously and ejaculated inside her. She is hugely distressed by his dangerous behaviour as she is fastidious about her personal hygiene and would not at any stage knowingly engage in such risky behaviour. She has opted for her safety and peace of mind to take a course of HIV prophylaxis. She is reserving her right to pursue any and all legal remedies at her disposal to ensure that he does not harm any other working girl in the same manner.
We at ESA give her our full support as we don't condone such behaviour in any way shape or form. We applaud her for her courage in standing up to this person.
Lundai/Lovestud your actions are tantamount to that of a rapist, when a woman says, "NO I don't have unprotected sex" and you then through skulduggery, force what she does not wish is called rape or sexual assault. From your past behaviour on this very platform you are no stranger to such acts. Sir you have gone too far this time, there shall be consequences.
May we as real men stand up and condemn such behaviour in the strongest terms.
