I'd imagine a punter asking a wg if she's "available right now" when she hasn't set that status and outside her given working hours is probably as frustrating as it is for a punter calling a wg that sets "available right now" but isn't available right now.
Those punters that want available right now must pick the ladies from available right now and if a wg isn't available right now, she must not advertise as available right now. It's quite simple for both sides.

Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups.
I don't use the available now system as I required bookings to be made in advance.
Yet I always get guys say are you available now. Also most guys think we sit around waiting for their phone call or their enquiry not realizing that they are not the only guys out there who want appointments.
Not all of us sit around in lingerie the whole day waiting for phone calls.
Blessed be the guys who actually know and respect that we have lives outside this business and don't feel self entitled like some do.
Those are the guys I choose share space with guys who respect us our hours and the way we work.
Personally I take all my appointments ahead of time so it is very seldom that I will be available short notice.
