I get the feeling by the complete lack of change on this website for the past 15 years that whoever wrote the php code has long left the organisation and they have hired an incompetent to just keep it up and maybe slightly useful, I think videos or opening the advertisers pimp themselves forum are the last solid updates, I am guessing the filter has stopped working and no one knows how to fix it or cant be bothered...
