My general experience has been that if they aren't putting an effort into taking bookings and replying to messages then they aren't going to put an effort during the booking. So its a red flag to save yourself from a possibly bad session.

The way to resolve this is to have a rating system for both SP and punter. NOT the upvote after a session. This reliability rating (RR) is a +1 for every reliable visit and engagement. Then both parties would know who to trust.

ESA is in the position to implement this. This should be open to everyone, not just gold members.

How is a punter going to get rated? Most are anonymous and want to remain anonymous


Being able to rate a review of a wg is a good idea. Punters who had similar experiences with a wg will upvote reviews that share their sentiments.

Stuff happens. It's more understandable with a regular especially when it's a first time cancellation. For a first time for wg maybe try rescheduling and a little extra effort could possibly create a regular as most of the time that extra effort will be felt. For punter if it's last minute at least send a reasonable tip if something came up remember you just cost the lady some loss of income and at hopefully itlle show some interest and the possibility of a booking at a later stage somewhere down the line which could help.
