Ionce missed a booking because my data and airtime ran out and I didn't realise. I couldn't phone, WhatsApp or use maps. I thought my phone was broken until it was too late and I was home. Stupid but these things happen sometimes.


Usually if I have to cancel for unforeseen reasons I give as much notice as possible but some people it seems just have no idea about good manners. Sad really.

It also goes the other way with a lady leaving you waiting outside for 30 mins or more. More than15 minutes is a dealbreaker for me and I leave. Happened twice to me in recent memory.

To go back to the original post, "Not guilty your Honour." Wink.

Stuff happens. But at least call and compensate to show you reliable. Rep spreads and word of mouth those two things are a guarantee. For a regular it's just a bad thing.
