Lauren, previously known as Amber at Elysium has joined us and turned over a new leaf, her service matches our upmarket house and she no longer offers the extras, as does no lady in Elements offer extras.
Please feel free to contact me at anytime should you feel cheated or not satisfied at all with the service you received. I can only improve on what I know is happening.
