I phoned at just after 12pm to make a booking with Angel for 12h45. Confirmed.

When i arrived, she was no longer available. First i was told she was running 45 minutes late, then indefinately.

I was shown 2 pr 3 other girls as alternative from the book. Bur i fancied none of the 3 available.

I am really pissed off - driving halfway to Witbank in this terrible Blackfriday shit traffic. Only to be told a booking i made barely 30min earlier is all of a sudden no longer available...

Either the receptionists dont care or are totally incompetent.
Not sure i am going to make a booking again which does not get honoured...

Stommerik - OK I did review what occurred -- Yes Angel was Late to work which actually created the entire Issue --she arrived at 13:23 -- Not sure why apparently no one confirmed this with you --they did advise she would be 45 Mins. late which ended up being fairly accurate --

Anyway She apparently called in to advise she would be late a few mins. after You had made the booking --at this point reception should have called you to advise --that is standard procedure so You are Not inconvenienced --They failed to do so --

I am Happy to offer You a Free 1 Hr. Booking with Angel or any other Lady ( Valued at R 850 ) to make up for the inconvenience & poor follow up on our part. Sorry for the wasted time & effort on your Part . Reception will have a copy of this mail -- mention your stage name Thanks
