There are a marginal amount of couples that book ladies and men, but search through profiles on the escort sites. You might find one or two couples advertising, but check again in a month and they probably won't be listed anymore!
There are swingers clubs that have more variety.

I actually booked a male escourt a few months ago, for a massage. So I could suss him out, and then have a nr for when I get a couples request. However, when I tried to confirm a few hours before, his nr was no longer in service. I thought it pretty poor that he could not even let me know. I made the booking anonymously. Anyway, now I know-waste of time. xMx
