A number of Sp's have been banned for doing false reviews on competitors profiles.

But in your case it is different as the reviewers have been on Esa for some time. Must be a matter of sour grapes as they are excluded from sampling your excellent services

Easy way out would be to ignore them, but based on what I have seen from you it is not really something you can do that easily.

Of course, many of you are assuming bad reviews by punters are not truthful, especially when it involves a highly rated SP.

If he has been around awhile maybe it's just his honest recollection of the service. You see the same thing on Amazon; there are always outliers, but it doesn't mean they're untruthful.

Reviews are not objective. Read between the lines, honestly reflect on your service, adjust if necessary and move on.

There are bad reviews....and then there are just plain bullshit reviews. Not that difficult to spot the difference
