Blue Eclipse has a really neat idea of doing it. Much more informal and tasteful doing it like they suggest.
I personally find it intimidating as a punter. Had the lineup offered once and I found it awkward being put on the spot like that. I rate its much better to just book who I want to see using a profile, and go straight in.
