Not really. They could just use an upvote, downvote button. Limit it to members on for 6 months plus, have 2+ reviews, & average 10 posts per month, and active in the last 2 months. That makes it fair and prevents sabotage by other wgs etc.
The fine can be as simple as a 1 hour ad suspension for 1st offence..., 1 day on 3rd etc. That will help ensure its used correctly.
This will help the punters as well so when they plan to punt on Friday, they can check the longer time or just browse the area profiles.
When you finish a meeting 30min or an hour early though and you want to squeeze one in, can't spend 10min checking 1 wg profile, read the reviews, try to get hold of them, 15min gone. Then next one, then next one. And now it's too late and no one got the business and the pumter must go home with the time wasted sitting im some dodgy place where he can browse this site amd call the wgs in privacy for nothing.
