Is anyone able to do this?
I have been conned by an online scammer.
I paid money into their bank account and they went silent.
The bank will not tell me anything.

Only work if you go to the police. Open a case of fraud against them. It'll also open a can of worms which you might not want. So think this one out carefully.

How did you get conned at the first place????
A lot of people have been conned by dating site scammers , Vodacom and Cell C scammers # hi you have won r3000000000000 please call this number blah blah and which one is it

@Mr superduper you should consider hiring a private investigator. Do not trust anyone With your banking info.
