I was wondering if ESA course make a top ten in each province reason being is most of the girls on ESA are from Jhb and have a lot more exposure and Durban girls badly ever go on top ten I think if there's was a top ten for Durban girls you might even get a lot more girls getting a ESA add because they want to compete to be top ten ? What you guys think ?

Should there be ten legitimate requests to improve the service levels of the purple site, especially to the paying advertisers, this is number 1!

From a business point of view, it should potentially also draw more advertisers from the other provinces....more exposure!

Perhaps a top 5 per province, with the top 10 overall as is.

I agree with Scarlet, if there were a top 10 for each province maybe it would increase ads for Kzn coz of the exposure and in that way we would get more of the beautiful ladies visiting us in Kzn.

The top 10 system is a fair and accurate system that calculates all ratings from the beginning of every calendar month to the end, whether the lady is in Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Nelspruit, Durban, Cape Town it does not matter, the ladies who work in Johannesburg has no more advantage than you do as they work just as hard for their ratings as anyone else.
We could not have a rating system for every province as the ladies change location as they move around from provinces to province, to cater for all clients.

I partly agree with esa but the need for this is important.....inorder to solve the problem of ladies moving around,i think esa can create a top 5 for ladies currently available in that city so if a girl move from jhb to DBN with good rating she become top 5 in DBN for period she is there.....i will encourage esa not dismiss the idea so soon until they get response from advertising wg and punters......

Thanks for your response ESA I do believe it is fair and accurate ,and I know Jhb lady's work hard to get good rateings it just seems as Durban douse not have as many punters and I work extra hard and dream of being on the top ten but most of my clients I get arnt members and its course of the lack of girls on ESA in durban ESA is the best site for girls that's work hard and give there best so that's why I asked just to show the ones that are trying hard on this side and I'm sure if there's more lady's there will be more punters more bissness and so the week will turn ,thanks for your time xoxo

Maybe if guys in Durban can upgrade to gold membership and start rating Durban girls that also might work to get more girls in Durban advertising on esa...

Looking at the ratings the Durban guys do give to visiting ladies, a large number are already GM's. They either don't visit the locals or don't rate them. Changing the system to reflect the top 10 per city is not going to change that.
