Miss Sugar - by the looks of your ESA gallery you have your lekker workout routine down pat. Cowgirl for the lower abs, the reverse cowgirl also nailing that core, doggy for the quads and glutes, the lunge which is a killer position as you hit the quads, the hamstrings, your butt and your core plus works stabilizer muscles and your hip flexors. You were probably getting some pelvic lifts going too!! And all with only one piece of gym equipment!!
