I think that's what The Beatles got into back in the day, with their guru Mahareshi (or something) Yogi.

Research it with an open mind. The prob with things we don't know much abt is exactly that.... We don't know enough but have already formed an opinion. Read, read, read. There are plenty if FB pages that focus on the spiritual. I have not practiced it and my journey into meditation is a very new one and I have just started learning about these things.

I was interested in this awhile back. Even went to the presentation somewhere in Jhb. But before I signed up I did research and found out it's not for me for various reasons. Do some research online and make up your own mind.
