I think it's something with a voice pitch. . Hi or low that stimulates the listener.

For me its chas. She has this fun bubbly way about her that just makes you feel like you're Bout to have the time of your life. To top it off she doesnt disappoint when u get there

Yes phone manner is very important, 1st impressions last.. the service starts from that initial phone call. For me if the girl doesnt sound right, rushed like shes doing me a favour.. I will not book no matter how good her pics look.. just my opinion
