I've done something similar several times, but with her feet.. at different occasions it was either honey, fresh cream, or gently pouring wine/ champagne over her feet then licking it all off as part of foot worship sessions...
Requires bit of prep as things get messy, but so damn hot...

Whip a few tots of sidekick cookies and cream liqueur with some cream.
Bit messy and sticky, would suggest you don't do it on a bed but nothing a bubble bath can't fix.
Side note. Keep it in the fridge and it turns into ice-cream ;)
