Where as you have Wg who charge 1k and will have repeat business, and wg who is grinding with specials, discounts, and other innovative ways, big up to you and well done for having different business models.

A punter will pay for whatever he wants, so advise him beforehand what is on offer. This will enable the punter to make a well educated decision. You will find out that some WGs do follow this procedure.
Tell punters beforehand what extras are available/not available and confirm the cost thereof telephonically.
Result - both parties are satisfied and hopefully the punter will return for more
