I used to go to a doc before, she used to do acupuncture and cupping for me. How it works is brings the blood circulation up to the surface of the skin to get the blood stimulated to those parts. This helps remove stagnant blood and toxins. Very similar to a massage.

I used to go for many different type of massages. At the end, I could not figure out if I was more sore from the massage or the original pain.

With the cupping and acupuncture, I wake up feeling new and fresh. no pain at all

Your habits, sleep environment, stress levels, age etc will come in to play. It's unfortunately just harder as you get older, but most of the things that could help are things everyone should be doing anyway. Just vanilla standard "health" abcs.

At least 30 min exercise everyday. Consistent sleep routine. Avoid coffee/alcohol before bed.

Avoid exposure to blue light before bed (laptop/phone etc) - just bright light in general. A lot of these new devices provide these "warm light" display features which can help reduce exposure to blue light. Blue light basically "tricks" your brain into thinking it's daytime, preventing sleep hormones.

Obviously you'll get far better advice from someone with an actual medical background, but this is what I've found helpful.
