So i was thinking. Girls always complain about clients doing this doing that. so why cant house owners post girls names who comes to a house to work And just leave again without paying as soon as the house owner is not there.

This wil help the owners to not allow any girl in their houses to work from.
We can post there ads on here and houses can first come check to see if the girl is a problem or not

Yes there's SOME dishonest girls BUT not many...

Rather ask how other house owners operate to avoid/handle that kind of situation.

At the end of the day, it's your house and you can do as you wish...

It becomes problematic if the lady has changed and everybody turns her away. I am one such example. When I worked at houses with other ladies,I was a habitual drunk. I cannot justify it in any way, shape or form. Lots of people didn't want to have anything to do with me,both in my personal circle and in this industry. When I started on ESA I was always scared somebody would comment on who I was and not who I am. So at every opportunity I would mention it when the subject came up ..... it also holds me accountable.

I'm sorry to say that i believe there's always two sides of the story, if u run this business and mix it with pleasure you'll get burned obviously. I don't condone the girls that run away with owners moneys all I'm saying is that it's always best to be hands on when running a house. Some of us works in hotels for a good reason # no drama no BS no dirtyness

I can see that opening up venue owners to abuse.

What will stay for free meaning it will actualtbe costing the owners money.

Imagine the wg decides to take a week or 2 break and not work. The owner doesn't get paid but must still pay the bond, levies, rates, sewerage, water, electricity etc.

On the other hand the wg actually doesn't really want to do this but needs accommodation so she sees 1 client a day and pays her R150 booking room fee and can manage on the other R450 for food and airtime but that doesn't cover the venue owners cost.

Bother those parties are in it to make money so it needs to be profitable for both.

Perhaps a minimum day fee that covers the owners expenses and then a smaller percentage per booking that will be the profit for the owner.

I don't think name and shame is the way to go. I have always tried to live and let live, not get involved in any of the "politics" on this site and never say anything negative about anyone.

Karma is a bitch and she has been known to bite hard. So leave it to her to take care of those that need taking care of.

Take what happens as school fees and learn the lesson from it, so we find new innovative ways of doing things.
