This almost never fails, I have had a 90+% success rate:
My decisions are made based on ladies who either are active on the forums, their responses to their reviews, or punter recommendations.
I then initiate by PM here (or whatsapp) and based on her etiquette I take it from there.
May not be fair to the other ladies but this has worked for me. My punting time is extremely limited these days so I cannot afford to waste said time on a bad punt.
