Many poems i have written in the past spurred by this sensual space and these are two i favour quite a bit....

I WONDERED HOW TO SAY IT...


i wondered how to say it, would u understand

words know how to fall short...and on the wrong emotions land.

a long good year it has been,

much ups and downs, i have seen...

but, foremost, all the time that knows to surface clear,

is that you!... i got to know, and my heart, will always, hold, dear.

our lives are given to each one of us at birth

guaranteed hardships, better to face with mirth...

when our paths know to cross with those with hearts of gold,

then the mind, body and soul fondly to the essence, of that angel hold.

and even, though optimism forever shines supreme

it be not a weakness, to welcome another positive individuals stream...

for kindness and care and consideration know

to bring out the best in one, and brighten ones personal glow.

so to you, who knew to see the best in me,

no matter my arrogance, insecurities, concerns and ideals, displayed for... you did see

that through my stubbornness i fell in love with what you stood for

which, was, your belief in me, and acknowledging and respecting ...my core.

so .... a glass of immeasurable thanks i raise to you!...

from day one...you allowed me to grow ...for you knew,

no matter how confident and strong i knew to fly

just as often insecurities would pull me down from that high.

and, in return i hope,

that your time spent with me, with your challenges, did help you cope,

so thank you!... once again... for who you are

close your eyes...and feel me near...the sincerest of all i am...sent to you...from afar.

LEST WE FORGET



i stand before you bare
glorious in the innocence of nakedness
for your scrutiny ....unashamedly exposed to your kindness and critique...fearless.
i know immediately you shall spot
all my wrongs and flaws, at first
an eyesore...and then they will be just another part of me... unique, defining...quite inviting.
those flaws will ease your nerves
will show my human side
and make u sit back...and allow the pleasure of what be before you to be indulged for your personal
discovery.

my wish be granted that you find comfort
in your flaws
knowing i have them too and that we are....just 2 peas in a pod...human...imperfect.
our joy shall be to share of each other
to be close in our freedom to touch and kiss
and, most importantly of all,
to look upon each other
unreserved in the hungry need to feast
upon flesh naked
...in the most intimate and loving way.

we shall discover a world fantastical in its sensual allure
an exotic array of human pleasures and indulgences.

we shall revel in our freedom to let go
and travel that land called 'Fantasy'
...i shall hold your hand
and kiss you dear
and together we shall be courageous
...
to indulge.

Wow Russian your poetry expressiveness,passion all felt threw your choice of words. Neva lose that it one of the many things that make u special. If someone doesn't like that either that's their problem and they need to get over themselves or they need to find people who are of their belief and opinion.

It is always daunting to put out in a public space ones words.


But the love of penning something supercedes any fears of doing so.

And then .


I always wander at the small mindedness of those that would ever THINK a writer is THAT arrogant to imagine everybody will like what one writes.

It is not meant for everybody...and never written with that intent.
