I believe the biggest challenge with this is fake currency, that's why a lot of the girls dont want to accept foreign currency in cash

I think the challenge comes in with exchange. Why don't you just exchange and pay the lady in rand.
Now she has to go to bank or forex , show is pay exchange fees, taxi or transport and at the end of the day she looses more than she makes.
Please note this is my personal opinion.
But there might be lady's that collect and keep for when they travel xxx

That's correct - for use when the ladies travel.....
Am sure that they they do.....
