GM definitely worth it. No question. And like Miss Red says, a lot more value than just the PG pics. It just makes for a better experience here on a whole. If you're not sure, take out a one month membership to try it out. Seriously not a lot of Randelas for the value you're getting. (And then you also get to see the beautiful Shakira's face pic.)
