Good telephone manners, phoned while on the way confirming that I will be there in 30 minutes time, arriving at the gate told me she is finishing with the client, have to wait while she busy with the client. Then called me to come inside. The booking was weird,the way she looked at me and the questions she was asking me.then I changed my mind from 1 hour to 30 minutes.
