Thank you for contacting ESA.
Your membership has been activated. Kindly log out of ESA and back in
for the system to generate you a new ticket so it can recognize your
gold membership.
Please note the ESA office hours are Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm.
Our offices are closed on Sundays.
For a prompt response please ensure that payments are made within ESA
office hours. If you have made a payment using EFT from a different bank
we will only activate when the money reflects in ESA'S account.
Should you have used the wrong reference please note that until we have
the correct information we can not activate the payment to a profile.
Please use your username, email address, or telephone number that's on
your profile when making payment.
