A site like this...
Have taught me the world about humanity and the very nasty shit that comes out...
Once people think they can't be caught or hide behind anonymity.

Why do you look down on a ** site like this ** if you been part of it for 10 years?

And she is not ** wasting ** anything, we all have the right to freedom of speech.

It just happens to be, that she actually knows what she talking about...

Dear Kylie

There will always be those, irrespective...surfing the net, trolling various sites, in society that will walk around visionless, judgemental and critical.

There will always be those that fear to be anything more than a tortured pseudonym never to understand the basic principles that apply to success of any sort even on this site or any other space occupied.

The self reflecting on others, making them stagnant in every space of their life, obvious in their engagement with others.

And then there will be many MANY MANY more, who dare to feel a little bit uncomfortable when facing truths about the self, face it head on, and decide to embrace and own up to that which may niggle at one, hopefully find some solution and peace and understanding.

What a hypocrite I would be if I dared not confess I too, like you, have learnt and am still learning many a wonderful thing from the worst and the best that comment on this awesome site.

And the people I have come across that I would NEVER have otherwise come across, have humbled me in so many ways.

So THANK YOU all and THANK YOU Kylie for being the people that you are...even a huge thank you to the ones I have labeled sociopathic fucknuts and schizophrenic and cowardly fucknuts.
The good and the bad is layer upon layer even in this purple microcosm....pungent and vile be the bad. Delicious and fulfilling be the good.

We know who we are.

Now...off to lose myself in satisfaction of the most fulfilling sort!

RB.

Defining moments in World History.

Defining moments in World History. Moments that change the course of a road travelled. The good or the bad, of such a change can only be reflected on, once that path is well travelled.
These defining moments know how to bring the world to a near standstill....agog, aghast, either in admiration or in shock. And usually in the forefront of such a moment is a singular individual that captures the imagination of people worldwide.
These people, who are born to things big.... stardom too small for them. They just are....and the world trips over themselves....frenzied to catch a glimpse or pass a comment ....simply to feel part of that moment

They are born to be bigger than life itself. Choices made...questioning boundaries, swimming against the tide.... always coming out tops,
criticism
resistance
antagonists.....all driving forces to fight back harder....ever more passionate in their belief of who they are and what they stand for.
The flame ever burning....disbelievers, crowd followers, those weak of character, unable to relate to the individualistic courageous streak these people possess.
And even if their path may be short travelled, their impact felt lives on forever....and is spoken of...in near 'eternity'.

The choosing of President elect...Donald Trump.
...the latest of those very few...very special...people.... born to change the course of history.

All of a sudden a New Era is in the making....hope. A resurgence of nationalism....not only in America but, globally. A person of the people...in their hesitancy and uncertainty....a glimmer big enough to give him the vote...an undertone of sincerity an understanding of frustrations brewing....relate-able....outspoken....bombastic.....a winner.

Whatever the future may hold......a "Fairytale" (?)

Once upon a time there was the Free World....and the free world elected.......through democratic election....Donald Trump

......does it end

.......happily ever after?

RB.

$$$$$$$$$

And here we are in 2024...

A recalibration has happened...and as a dear punter on esa said ..."and new compass orientations coming"

It is time.

What shall the history books say and, a new piece for me to write and look back at this moment in the history of USA and its impact on the warring world the Democrats and NATO have left in their wake.

This is a reply to your first message. I only saw it today:

How true it is that we've traded in our connections for screens, scrolling through updates as if it's a substitute for the real heartbeat of being together. Social media, once a tool to connect, has instead led us further apart, each of us locked in our own feed, so distracted we forget the power of a shared look, a spoken laugh, the realness of a conversation face-to-face. And how easy it's become to control us this way, keeping us distanced, divided, but believing we're "in touch."

Yet, there is hope. True connection is still there, waiting just beyond the screen. Imagine the strength of voices joined in person, minds together, energies aligned with the same purpose, people truly seeing each other and sparking change. Perhaps it starts simply: a moment where we switch off the phone, look up, and reach out to those who share this longing for something real.

Let us hold onto this; together we can rebuild that connection, make space for genuine community, and create the change that's so needed.

I sometimes wonder why is it that humans need rules and regulations to keep on the right side of things.
Be it in a work environment, in a social environment, in any environment.

It seems we do not know how to keep on the straight and narrow unless some sort of 'axe' be hanging over our heads, keeping us in check.

What is it about human nature that keeps trying those boundaries, pushing them further and harder, wanting to redefine them to suit the self.
What is it that makes humans blind that, by resorting to areas grey and extenuating circumstances, we are merely excusing a wrong.

Is it because we fear ourselves being caught, our loved ones being threatened with the heavy hand of justice for we aware of them dabbling in matters deviant from the norm.
Is it normal for humans to know not to adhere to a set of rules ever evolving with changes around one, ever evolving of behaviour acceptable or not.....what one may have been deemed wrong no longer such, for it has been integrated into society as a consistent happening, non threatening to the existence and well being of self.

The fibre of morals, scruples, integrity, honour...forgotten concepts. There seems to be an attitude of acceptance when it comes to bullying, war-mongering, poverty, crassness of behaviour....a pronounced deliberate defamation of all that humans should be.
We fear WW III for we know, not much will remain, should such a cleansing take place....maybe zombies are not just the imagination of movie Directors and Writers...maybe these Directors and Writers are the Nostradamus of our future....in story form....warning us of our ways....yet we continue to eat away at anything that may remind us to halt before one goes too far.

I am not surprised that the movie houses are filled with movies about super heroes saving the day and giving humans another chance to live tomorrow and work toward a more peaceful future. A desperation to save us from ourselves.

What we forget, is that, we are those super heroes and that our future lies within us...

... why have we forgotten?
