The city awake real real early.
Sport people EVERYWHERE
It is as if I too, will be participating in the Two Oceans...the excitement and nerves are palpable. One cannot help but get lost in the spirit of sportsmanship.
Passion.
Dedication.
Diligence.
Perseverance.
Goal orientated.
Focused...and a fighter to the end!
Good luck to ALL and I am here to assist post participation.

A Saturday good morning to you fair Cape Town.
4 DAYS LEFT AND I GO HOME.
It has been an awesome month in your fair city.
Funny how knowing I am going home soon makes the beauty of CT stand out even clearer than when one is rushing here and there and everywhere, busy busy busy.
How blessed to be able to work in some of the nicest locations in SA.
And as to the sensual seductive sexiness of Cape Town...I LOVE IT .
And so..
