I personally think the venue is outstanding, best in the business. However sometimes it feels that if you are a once and a while customer you do not get treated like the regulars. Had a booking confirmed with Juliet at 12 for 14:15. Was contacted close to 2pm just to be told that they made a mistake and juliet was booked for the whole day, got the feeling that her previous booking was extended and they forgot about my booking with her, hence me complaining. Why does it take so long to find out you made a mistake. I appreciate the offer you made for a booking at a reduced price with any of the other available angels, but it still leaves a bad taste. Thanks Lynx for the booking. Hoping to get a chance to book juliet in the future without any hickups. Just my 2 cents
