Desperation for a Dr barter

Good morning
I have been suffering since yesterday and all night from this pain Under my right ribs. I can barely breathe. Nevermind walk. There is a dr here for R350. without meds.
Or..
Do you perhaps know anyone who is a dr that I could see or speak to because I don't have money for a Dr yet and I most certainly will need one. I will barter for whatever you need once this pain is gone

This could be the small intestine, that is extremely full of gas.
Try any over the counter meds for a quick colon cleansing.
The gas inside the small intestine is pushing up all the other organs against the rib (and it is super painful)
It can be cause by anything, even milk.
I get it from time to time.
:(
Also ginger tea may help.

Waiting for the blood results for the liver kidneys and pancreas. They would like to remove my gall bladder however I will fight against it.
Thanks to the two gentlemen who are kind enough to have understood that I was in real trouble
All the proof and payments where sent thru
Not that either asked for them.
