Hi gents. Can we please make it a thing to communicate if you are running late. Please. A lot happens on the road, yes, but please communicate, and check if it would still be okay to stay an hour, or two given the new changes.

My motto also, after 5min I am gone, never to return.

I have to agree, communications is a 2-way street, and of utmost important, specially when running late.

I honestly wish it was easier for WG to just move on...most of the time we are blamed for time wasting. But honestly, 30minutes late is as good as not showing up
