So I had an idea, a booking page added to the site. Where members have the option to book and pay a booking fee, thus to avoid time wasting and easier for the punter aswell.

Thoughts? Is it even possible?

No way. Cash is always king. She might deny receiving the money or even be unavailable for a period of time. Learnt my lesson, never trust an SP even if you spent 100s of bookings with her.

How and what would be easier for the client?
I distrust every single client till I have his money in my hand.

In my experience the guys most likely to do me in are the guys who have done business with me before. The guys I think I can trust. I have probably been done in 2/3 times by new clients. Regulars? More times than I can remember. Its that R50 short paid and nothing said or after the booking - just let me go check the car for my wallet or I could have sworn I had x amount in my wallet or I could have sworn last time you charged me Rx.
So I agree totally with you....what to do if you run a R400 special for today only and a guy paid and books but wants to do the booking on Saturday when I don't work.
Something like that isnt practical for this industry.
Also what control would a lady have over who she chooses to see? There are plenty of members who are notoriously pain the arse guys. There are some guys here I refuse to see under any circumstances. And then there's ladies with a racial preference.

you gona loose your money because then the punt will never take place.

You will then have to add

1. VAT to the price
2. A commision for ESA

Not practical to do as it would further reduce the punters spending capability and the ladies will earn even less.

I've seen international websites that offer this feature. Personally I wont trust it at all. Instead of making things easier it will just add to punter anxiety.

Guess this is true. The idea came as a thought to help both the ladies and the gents. Kinda bringing a 3rd party in to secure for both sides. Ladies don't get their time wasted and gents don't waste their effort.Ladies see guys are genuine about the booking and guys are protected by the SP. Ladies who don't uphold their end are banned from advertising after a set number of infractions.

Was just a thought. Wouldn't have to be a compulsory option but for those who would like to use it.

I've seen this in the UK, locally itsounds like it would be a headache for both punters and service providers.
