With heartfelt regrets I tried to interact with you yesterday to see if we could please move our appointment yesterday.
As I stated I was not feeling well and have a very low energy level with being a bit under the weather.
I msg. I WhatsApp I even phoned.
No answer.
When the time came for the appointment I couldn't focus on anything because of the meds I have been taking.

So please if you would forgive me for trying to contact you in time to cancel.
Yes I did state my reasons for not making it.
And yes you knew I was ill for a few days now and didn't want to make you sick.
But I would rather give you 100% attention then 40 % you don't deserve.
Hope we can set this right MR F?
Kind regards..and truly sorry for shifting the appointment.
Seems like a lot of people picked up this flue virus and it takes about 10 days to pass...

Meg, if anyone will go to the length you go to inform your client then eveyone will be happy.
As some punters used some punter phone,its not always on, so calls wont ring. Like my self, used secure folder with whatsup of second sim card on my daily phone.
My punting nr is set not to ring, but I get my whatsups as I check regular especialy if Im had a booking.

It's the same as the one client who wanted to book a time slot.
We spoke and I did say there are a possibility my client could extend.
And yes he did.

So what I did was ask my client if he could just excuse me because I wanted to send this client a msg.
Told him sorry but I was right and the client did extend.

I couldn't take a call from him or send another msg as my airtime was done.(I don't answer my phone while busy or sick)
Only in emergencies I'll send a msg or I'll send my location.
But they will keep on sending msg's.
It's just good manners to let you clients know somethings wrong or something came up and you can't make a booking.
Life happens.
We get sick unexpectedly and I like to stick to the rules of not getting my client's sick.

I usually know how to reach them.
That wasn't the problem. I send a msg saying he needs to read his WhatsApp.
Let's just hope he is not to mad.
I don't like taking chances and every client is important to me.
