I understand that this is an urgent request, but do you not think that it's a little inappropriate to be looking here for a nanny?
Surely there are other places / sites that you could make your request heard?

A The just a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down type.
B The awwww mister Sheffield type
C Beauty seeks a live in position type.
D Puts you in a diaper and changes it when you are dirty.

There are quite a few good agencies that specialise in option c type placements with screening and verification.
For options A and B types then just ask a few of the advertisers.
For option D I am sure you will find someone but you will have to look a bit harder.
